You voted — and the expanded edition of Quantum Step Payton’s Awakening has its cover: Cover C, “The Portal.”
The final tally: Cover C “The Portal” — 4 votes (80%); Cover B “The Awakening” — 1 vote (20%); Cover A “The Discovery” — 0. Five votes total.
I’ll be honest — I was hoping for a bigger turnout; five votes is a small jury for a book cover. But a vote’s a vote, the five who showed up spoke clearly, and the result stands.
Thank you to everyone who voted. Quantum Pulse subscribers saw the winning cover first, in Friday’s newsletter — the full reveal is here today.
The expanded edition is on its way, with additional scenes, extra character background, and a map of the area within the Illuian world covered in Book 1.
If you didn’t vote, I’d still love to hear from you: what would have drawn you to vote? Tell me in the comments — it’ll shape how I run the next one.
